One Plus One Fashion reserve the right to refuse Refunds on 'change of mind' purchases.
We take care to ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to you.
In the rare event that you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will aim to provide a replacement, (if available) or alternatively a refund.
To assist in the ease of this process, please ensure that all items are returned to us within 14 days, in the same condition as received, ensuring all tags are still attached.
Be aware that things like makeup, perfumes, pet hair, cigarette smoke and cooking aromas can transfer to the garments in your environment and may result in a refund being refused.
For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not offer return or exchange on earrings unless faulty.
One Plus One Fashion does not cover the cost of return shipping.
'Return to Sender' is not a return option. Items attempted to be returned in this manner will result in a refund refusal.
To return an item, you will need to take your parcel to your local Post Office, when lodging please request a tracking number, upon payment of postage, you will be provided a receipt with a parcel tracking number.
However, One Plus One Fashion will ship out replacement/exchange items for free.
If you wish to exchange your purchased item for another size - please contact our Customer Service Team, ph: 02 6024 3423 between 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday - to confirm item availability & arrange for the item exchange.
Please Note: Your replacement item will not be shipped to you until the original item has been received by One Plus One Fashion.
